SECOND CENTURY SCHOLARSHIP
The Second Century Scholarship Fund provides tuition assistance to students enrolled in Catholic schools in the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown. St. John the Evangelist has been awarded $31,825 for the 2018-19 school year for students in grades K-5. Please see the attachments for how to apply for the scholarship through FACTS and the income guidelines. This is an income based scholarship and meeting the guidelines does not guarantee an award. BRIDGE EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP
BRIDGE Educational Foundation has picked St. John School to received $4,750in scholarship awards for the 2018-19 school year through a generous donation from Waste Management and Braskem America. The application process includes a one-page form and the family's household 2017 Federal Income Tax Return-1040 form only. You may mail this application and tax information to the school office. The deadline is Wednesday, June 27, 2018. You may also contact Mrs. Pollick, firstname.lastname@example.org, for the same information or any questions. Please note that this scholarship does include a 40 hour community service requirement. Eligibility does not guarantee an award.

Bridge Volunteerism Form: This is due September 20, 2018 for families who received scholarships in the 2017-2018 school year; September 20, 2019 for families who receive scholarship in the 2018-2019 school year.
